Holycross Abbey Solemn Novena 2024

HOLYCROSS ABBEY SOLEMN NOVENA 2024: The weather forecast is good and all at Holycross Abbey are preparing to welcome pilgrims this Sunday 8th September for the first day of the Holycross Solemn Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help which will run from Sunday 8th to Monday 16th September (inclusive). Monday to Saturday sessions at 7am, 10.30am, 4.30pm & 7.30pm, Sunday 7am, 10.30am, 12.30pm, 7.30pm (please note there is a 12.30pm session on Sunday but no 4.30pm).

A Penitential Service will be held on Friday 13th at 7.30pm and Anointing of the Sick on Saturday 14th at 2pm. Blessing of Infants will take place on Sunday 15th at 2.30pm.

It will also be available on Tipperary Mid West Radio on 104.8 fm or 106.7 fm at 7.30pm daily (except on Friday 13th September when the 4.30pm session and Saturday 14th when the 2pm Anointing of the Sick will be on radio and online)

Petitions can be left into Holycross Abbey at any stage, emailed to petitions@holycrossballycahill.com or submitted online at http://www.holycrossballycahill.com/…/novena-petitions/ Remembrance Slips are available in the Abbey so people can include their deceased loved ones to be remembered at each session. Pilgrims are encouraged to fill up the slips and drop them into the box which will be left near the Altar for the duration of the Novena.
